The Chefs
Katie Markstein and Christina Aguiar met while studying pastry arts at the Culinary Institute of America. After working in some of San Francisco, Napa, and Marin’s finest restaurants, the two collaborated to create a patisserie that reflected the innovation, seasonality, and flavor drive once found on their dessert menus.
