redwood credit union novato bank in marinWe want to send a HUGE thank you to our new bank Redwood Credit Union, for all of the help and support they have been providing to us. They helped create a smooth transition in refinancing our Inn and we could not be more grateful!

Over the past few months Richard DeRamon of Redwood Credit Union, or as we call him “Mr. Wonderful,” has been a huge asset and time saver to our business. It is never a step out of his way to help with our needs, and he always has a huge smile with encouraging words to lighten up any work day. He is friendly and knowledgeable in what he does, and he always has great suggestions of how to improve business!

We now have the capabilities to use new forms of technology with someone to hold our hand through the process. Recently, we have started to use a mobile card reader, a plug-in device that allows you to run credit cards from your smart phone. Banquets and events have never been easier and a “cash bar” is no longer the only option we have for our guests.

So thank you again, Redwood Credit Union, for your insight, assistance and great customer service!
