Born and raised in San Rafael, CA, Harkin is an accomplished singer, musical theater actor, and percussionist, influenced from a young age by Duke Ellington, Fats Waller, Benny Goodwin, and Frank Sinatra. “…The interesting thing is that I’m not a Frank Act.
