Robert, et al,
Thank you so very much for the excellent time at Inn Marin!
We were so pleasantly surprised and elated to discover the many charms of Inn Marin. And as you well know, it is the human experience that makes for a sublime stay at any inn, hotel, or resort property. A gold plated, five star resort with a grumpy staff will never attract a repeat clientele. Whereas a top allure of returning for a reprise stay at Inn Marin is the wonderful staff, from top management, right down to the sweet housekeeping staff.
Bonus attractions of the Inn Marin range from its historical roots (in a mostly vanished style of California stay), the sprawling, sylvan inner lawnscape with sleepy shade trees that beckon one to lay in a hammock with a book in hand, to your “dog friendly” policy, and last but by no means last, the legendary Rickey’s Restaurant.
The restaurant also harkens back another long vanished style of casual and relaxed dining….while offering truly first-class, four-star dining!!! Every single dish that our dinner party ordered was just as tempting as the next. Every entree and dessert was superb. Who would guess, that from the unpretentious and understated facade, that throughout the Inn Marin property are so many truly special and most memorable experiences that we are still savoring a week after our return home.
Thank you so very much for all of your staff’s sincerely friendly and from the heart welcoming manners.
We can hardly wait to return for a reprise visit.
All the very best,
Tom Wilmer (& Elizabeth Saylor)
